DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

1. Registration Number of Academic Bank of Credit (ABC).
2. The registration form of SAMARTH E-Gov
3. Admission Confirmation form
4. Income Certificate (if applicable)

If Ration card photocopy is given as income proof, then the Original ration card must be produced on the day of admission. The Ration card given as income proof must contain the name of the student.

5. Caste certificate (If applicable)
6. Aadhar card
7. Photo Copy of first page of Bank Pass Book (Self)
